To get the most out of the package, it is important that we share an understanding of how we will work together. The Cahla Coaching Package services are provided under the terms of this document dated 7 December 2025.
This agreement sets out:
- Your legal rights and responsibilities
- The legal rights and responsibilities of Cahla Limited and Cahla Coaches
- Certain key information required by law

1.1 By purchasing a Cahla Coaching Package you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this agreement.

2.1 The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that maximises their personal and professional potential.
2.2 Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals.
2.3 Each coaching session will focus on a specific goal. Your Cahla Coach will work with you to define that goal and will support you by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing tools and reflections to help you achieve it.
2.4 Cahla Coaches provide a blended learning experience that may include, with your consent, role-play, reflective exercises, and practical activities alongside coaching conversations.
2.5 Cahla Coaches are not subject matter experts in human resources, legal affairs, financial advice, or specific technical skills, other than International Coaching Federation Core Competences.
Therefore the Package does not include direct advice on matters such as:
(a) HR policies or procedures.
(b) CV writing or job application.
(c) Job interview questions or processes.
(d) Negotiating salaries or severance packages.
While a Cahla Coach can provide coaching, leadership and communication tools to support you in navigating these areas, any decisions or actions taken in these fields remain your sole responsibility.
2.6 The Cahla Coaching team commit to using the ICF Core Competencies which include: 1. Demonstrates Ethical Practice. 2. Embodies a Coaching Mindset. 3. Establishes and Maintains Agreements. 4. Cultivates Trust and Safety. 5. Maintains Presence. 6. Listens Actively. 7. Evokes Awareness and 8. Facilitates Client Growth.
2.7 Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life but does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health concerns. It is your responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we encourage you to inform the mental health care provider of your participation in the programme.
3.1 Success in a Cahla Coaching Package requires your full commitment. By enrolling in this package, you agree to:
(a) Make payments on time and respond promptly to communications.
(b) Arrive on time for your coaching sessions.
(c) Be fully present and engaged during sessions.
(d) Participate actively in coaching activities.
(e) Take action on agreed steps between sessions.
3.2 You are responsible for your own personal and professional development and, although the Cahla Coach will support you to grow, the results are entirely dependent on your commitment and proactivity.
4.1 Cahla Limited and all Cahla Coaches adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. The ICF Code of ethics describes the ICF core values, ethical principles, and standards of behaviour for all ICF professionals. In accordance with the Code of Ethics, all information shared by you will be kept confidential, except when releasing such information is required by law and/or when instructors consider it necessary to do so because of risk to you or others.
4.2 By signing this contract, you agree to topics being shared anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for professional development and/or consultation purposes, according to the ethics of the coaching profession.
4.3 Cahla Coaches engage in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentials. This process requires the names and contact information of all clients for possible verification by ICF. By signing this contract, you agree to have your name, email address, and start and end dates of the programme shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.
4.4 Cahla Coaches may take notes to assist in tracking your progress. These notes will be kept confidential and stored securely.
(a) Physical notes will be stored in a locked cabinet and will be shredded upon the completion of the Package.
(b) Digital notes will be stored in a password-protected file only accessible by authorised members of the Cahla Limited team.
4.5 Typed information regarding your progress may be emailed to you at your request to the email account you provide for ongoing learning and development.
4.6 Information you share will be kept confidential, except if a Cahla Coach is required to disclose such information by law or if a Cahla Coach considers it necessary due to a risk of imminent harm to you or others.
4.7 With your permission, Cahla Limited may request to share your verbal and written testimonials and impact data arising from the package to be shared in Cahla Limited marketing materials to showcase package results.
4.8 Cahla Limited and Cahla Coaches will not give your personal information to any third parties without your written consent.
4.9 You have the option to sign up to The Cahla Edit, Cahla's weekly newsletter to receive additional resources and updates. This consent is entirely voluntary and is not a package requirement.
You acknowledge that resources and materials that Cahla Limited or your Cahla Coach provide and the Intellectual Property Rights within them are the exclusive property of Cahla Limited. You agree not to incorporate these materials into your own educational programmes or materials, on social media or share them with third parties without explicit prior written consent from the Director of Education, Beth O'Neill.
6.1 The Cahla Coaching team consists of ICF certified coaches and ICF coaches-in-training.
6.2 Cahla Coaches shall carry out sessions with reasonable care and skill.
6.3 The package must be completed within a timeline agreed with your Cahla Coach.
6.4 In the event that your Cahla Coach is unable to provide services due to illness, injury, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, they will notify you as soon as is practicable. Your Coach will reschedule the session at the earliest mutually convenient time or, with the your permission, may arrange for another Cahla Coach to deliver the session on their behalf.
6.5 All coaching sessions and any additional services must be agreed and paid for through Cahla Limited. You agree not to make separate arrangements with your Cahla Coach outside of Cahla Limited. This ensures consistency, fairness, and compliance with our agreements.
7.1 The applicable package fee is published on https://wearecahla.com/coaching-packages. All payments must be made in GBP and payable to Cahla Limited.
7.2 If you have agreed upon a payment plan with Cahla Limited and fail to make an instalment by its due date, Cahla Limited reserves the right to issue an invoice for the full outstanding balance, which must be settled within 30 days.
7.3 You may cancel this agreement within seven days of payment by notifying Cahla Support via email at [email protected].
7.4 The cancellation period expires seven days after the date of signing this agreement.
7.5 If you confirm participation in a coaching package during the seven-day cancellation period, your right to cancel will lapse immediately. From that point, the refund policy outlined in Clause 7.7 will apply.
7.6 If you cancel within the seven-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund for any coaching sessions you haven't taken. Refunds will be processed within seven days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.7 After the cancellation period, all fees are non-refundable, except where you and the Cahla Coach mutually agree to terminate the package. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued to you for any prepaid sessions not yet delivered.
7.8 No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
(a) Missed sessions without at least 48 hours’ notice.
(b) Dissatisfaction with outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your engagement, commitment, and application of insights.
7.9 Given Cahla Limited’s clear refund policy, you agree not to dispute any fees paid. In the event of a chargeback, Cahla Limited reserves the right to suspend services immediately and may, at its discretion, report the incident to credit agencies or add the account to a chargeback database as an instance of non-payment.
8.1 Cahla Limited is committed to ensuring equitable treatment for all clients and addressing grievances promptly and fairly. While Cahla Coaches deliver services as independent contractors and maintain their own professional insurance, Cahla Limited will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution of any concerns raised. A process for filing grievances is outlined in Clause 8.2.
8.2 If you have a grievance you should first attempt to resolve any issue directly with your Cahla Coach. If you are uncomfortable doing so or cannot reach a resolution, you may submit a written grievance to the Director of Education within seven days of the issue arising. The Director of Education will review the matter and respond within seven days of receiving your complaint.
8.3 Please note that Cahla Limited is not a party to the coaching relationship beyond administrative support, payment processing, and platform provision. Any legal dispute relating to the coaching services themselves will be between you and your Cahla Coach, except where the matter concerns Cahla Limited’s obligations (e.g., payment, systems or support).
8.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved and any party, including your Cahla Coach, wishes to pursue court proceedings, all parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
8.5 In the event of a dispute, all parties, including your Cahla Coach agree not to engage in any conduct or communication, including on social media, that disparages any party’s work, website, products, or services. This obligation survives termination of this agreement.
9.1 The engagement with your Cahla Coach will end when the agreed package timeframe or number of sessions concludes.
9.2 If you would like to continue coaching beyond your initial package, please confirm the number of additional sessions with your Cahla Coach and notify Cahla Support at [email protected]. We will arrange payment and update your agreement accordingly.
9.3 You, Cahla Limited, or your Cahla Coach may end this agreement immediately if:
(a) There is a material breach of this agreement and, if it can be resolved, it is not remedied within thirty (30) days of written notice.
(b) Any party becomes insolvent or subject to similar insolvency proceedings.
(c) There is a significant breakdown in trust or commitment that makes continuing the engagement unworkable.
9.4 All written notices should be sent to [email protected]. Where possible, we encourage holding a final session to conclude the coaching relationship in a constructive way.
9.5 Ending this agreement does not affect Cahla Limited's right to receive payment for any sessions or services already delivered.
10.1 As stated in Clause 3, neither Cahla Limited nor your Cahla Coach can guarantee or warrant any specific outcome from coaching services. Your success and results depend entirely on your own commitment, focus, and actions.
10.2 Except for any legal responsibility that cannot be excluded by law, neither Cahla Limited nor your Cahla Coach will be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of employment, demotion, pay reduction, loss of business, profits, management time, or business opportunities.
10.3 The total liability of Cahla Limited and your Cahla Coach, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount of fees you have paid for your coaching package.
11.1 This Agreement is the full understanding between you and Cahla Limited and replaces any previous discussions or agreements about these services. Your Cahla Coach isn’t a party to this Agreement, but they work under a separate agreement with Cahla Limited that includes similar terms. This means your Coach agrees to follow the same standards and policies, even though they don’t sign this Agreement with you.
11.2 By agreeing to this, you confirm you’re not relying on anything that isn’t written here.
11.3 Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and confirmed by Cahla Limited.
11.4 No one else has rights under this Agreement, except your Cahla Coach under their separate agreement with Cahla Limited.
11.5 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
11.6 By paying for a Cahla Coaching Package, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms.
