The ICF Track is our supported portfolio pathway designed for women who want comprehensive leadership development alongside a structured route towards International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.
The programme builds on Cahla's core leadership curriculum, whilst providing additional coach-specific education, mentor coaching, and support to submit your portfolio pathway application to the ICF.

Our next cohort begins in October 2026.

Over the programme, you'll experience the core shifts of our standard track, enhanced by comprehensive, credential-aligned coach training.

You develop a grounded sense of coaching presence and cultivate deep psychological safety. You communicate with absolute clarity, embodying an open, curious, and flexible mindset that inspires trust.

You move out of conversational reaction and into masterfully evoking awareness. Through active listening and powerful questioning, you help others uncover clearer decisions and drive strategic growth.

PCC coach, mentored in 2025
"I was delighted when Beth agreed to be my mentor. She brings a wealth of experience and a strong grasp of the ICF coaching competencies, and I was consistently impressed by how thoughtfully she prepared for each session. Beth took a highly practical and supportive approach to developing me as a coach. Her feedback was honest, constructive, and growth-focused, and I would leave our sessions having learned more about myself and with a stronger sense of who I was as a coach. She wasn't afraid to stretch me beyond my comfort zone, and that challenge led to some truly beautiful growth. Just what I was looking for in a mentor."

ACC coach-in-training, mentored in 2025/2026
"Working with Beth - initially as a participant in her first Women in Leadership programme, as a co-coach at a number of events and now as Interim Director at Cahla, has been transformative for my coaching practise. She strikes the perfect balance between high-level support and constructive challenge, really pushing me to hone my coaching skills. Beth's live coaching in particular is exceptional and she creates a really safe environment to practise, try new things and uncover areas of growth. For anyone looking to deepen their practise, her in-depth mastery of the ICF competencies makes her an incredible coaching mentor."

If you have coach training experience, you may choose to enrol on Women in Leadership and the ICF Mentoring Group and not the full ICF Track.
The programme trains women in coaching skills and delivers mentor coaching aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching, Core Competencies, and Code of Ethics but is not yet an approved Level 1 ICF programme. All ICF Credential Track participants will receive the coach-training hours, mentor hours and documentation required to submit their application via the ICF Portfolio Pathway. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your ICF credential application. The decision to grant a credential remains exclusively with the Internatonal Coaching Federation (ICF).
Because the ICF regulates mentoring hours strictly, group sessions cannot be made up. You will need to book private 1-to-1 sessions with a PCC-level coach at our standard rates to fulfil your hours.
Yes. Many women begin on the standard track and decide to pursue accreditation. You can upgrade to the ICF Credential Track within the first quarter of the programme.
